Processing Time All orders are handmade and carefully packaged. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll take care of it.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still unresolved, contact us at [ewawasoapco@gmail.com] and we'll do our best to help.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
