2. Products All products are handmade in small batches. Colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly from photos — this is the nature of artisan goods and not a defect.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon handoff to the carrier.

5. Returns All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.

6. Limitation of Liability Ewawa Soap Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Always perform a patch test before use.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.
